The title says it all. Watch it and count down till November. Or, maybe just click off this page if you’re one of those who hates film trailers and teasers.
The title says it all. Watch it and count down till November. Or, maybe just click off this page if you’re one of those who hates film trailers and teasers. However, if you’re here to stay then watch this week’s viral video, and watch it again if need be.
Show your friends and family!
Only lasting for just over a minute, it’s definitely not enough for my liking. It’s a teaser though, so surely that’s their aim? To make us viewers run back for more and more.
There’s very little shown throughout the video itself, meaning for the Mockingjay Part One film to be huge this November, when it is released in cinemas. If you’ve never seen the past two films, The Hunger Games and Catching Fire, I suggest that you watch them beforehand, there’s bound to be some sort of linkage with the first part of the Mockingjay sequels, especially after such a dramatic ending to Catching Fire.
I believe this is the first footage released of the film, so capture this moment, you’ve only got four months until it’s on the big screen.
The comments on YouTube videos can be some of the weirdest things you’ll ever read. This video reads “love, love, love” all over it. I’d say about 98 per cent of the comments I’ve read consist of fans whom have viewed this video and declared their love for it. One viewer wrote “AWESOME AND AMAZING.”
Don’t forget that only one minute and four seconds were shown.
It’s always wrong just to show the good side of things, so here is someone in the 2 per cent, presenting their views: “the last one, was the most overrated piece of garbage I’ve ever seen. A big inconsistent mess. With a bunch of ridiculous hazards crow-barred in, which were not threatening.”
The reason they gave, was that the film was rated a 12. Surely the Hunger Games films are doing well being rated a 12, more audience meaning more success? There’s no needed for the excess sexual scenes and use of profanities.
Hunger Games fans, put your hands up!
Over one million views in less than 24 hours, in fact, closer to the 2 million mark. It shows just how many fans are out there, many probably setting a countdown on their smartphones until the film is released in cinemas. I can vouch that I’m not taking things that far.
Did we expect this video to go viral in less than a day? Of course we did! It’s a major film which has been crazed about for months, yet hasn’t been released yet! If this video hadn’t have gone viral, questions will be raised. How could you not want to watch the teaser trailer of a film which is bound to be a major success of 2014?
I love this week’s viral video. It would’ve been ridiculously stupid of me to ignore it. I love it, you probably love it – Now let’s just wait until November to see the real thing. In the meantime, the video’s there to be watched over and over again, if you wish to. I’m sure we won’t have much longer until the official advertisement trailer will be released on YouTube.
