1. Healthy Heart

Depending on how vigorously you go at it, sex is a form of exercise and cardio. Your heart rate gets higher and your BPM is at its highest during an orgasm.

Studies have shown that the average peak heart rate at orgasm is the same as it is during light exercise like walking up a flight of stairs. It might not be enough to keep most people fit and healthy but if you do it enough it will soon add up.

2. Lowers Blood Pressure

Now a lot of you probably don’t even think about your blood pressure and wont until you hit your 50s or higher, but a healthy blood pressure level is really important. Being intimate with someone and embracing them can lower your blood pressure.

3. Strength your immune system

Despite some of the nasty disease that can come from unprotected sex a study has found a link between how often you get down to how strong your immune system.

The study found that students who had sex once or twice a week had higher levels of the illness-fighting substance in their bodies which strengthened their immune system. It might not be a cure for the common cold but it’s worth a try right.

4. Boosts your Libido

Basically having more sex will make your sex a lot better. Ladies, the more you have sex the more blood flow, lubrication and the elasticity of your vagina increases. Al of these put together will make sex feel a lot better and you will just want more.
